Return & Refund

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened fragrance bottles and used bakhoor cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If an item arrives damaged, share unboxing photographs on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will replace the item after verification.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of inspection.
